In order to access your Debt Management Plan (DMP) account information, you must have your CCCS issued client identification number and personal information number (PIN). If you do not have this information, please contact our office.

You will have access to:

  • Update your Personal Information
  • View creditor payment history
  • View payments that have posted to your account
  • View when your next Debt Management Plan payment is due
  • View and print a monthly statement
  • View and print a class schedule
Direct Debit

Direct Debit is automatic bill payment. Your payment is deducted automatically from your checking or savings account. You can avoid the hassle of purchasing and mailing a money order.

You can set-up your reoccurring bank draft(s) on a weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly basis.

To sign up for Direct Debit, download and print a copy of the Direct Debit registration form, fill it out and either mail it or bring it to the CCCS Corporate office with the $10 set-up fee (money order) seven business days before your first bank draft.
